The Council is required to maintain a public register containing information on regulatory action taken under Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
In terms of Part 2A and the progress of the inspection process, no site within the Dudley borough has been identified as 'Contaminated Land' as defined under Part 2A.
At the present time there are no entries in the public register.
