- Frequency - As needed (can be one off, quarterly or project-based)

Task and Finish groups
- Average time - 1 to 2 hours
- Frequency - Time frame and number of sessions agreed in advance
Temporary working groups set up to carry out specific projects or investigate particular issues.
Estate Walkabouts with Housing staff
- Average time - 1 to 2 hours
- Frequency - Quarterly or bi-annually
Tenants and leaseholders may join based on interest or local issues.
Customer Assurance Board
- Average time - 2 hours per meeting, plus reading time
- Frequency - Quarterly meetings
Membership is made up from different engagement groups from across the borough.
Consultation on Policy Changes
- Average time - 30 minutes to 2 hours
- Frequency - As needed

Customer Scrutiny Involvement Group
- Average time - 2 hours per meeting plus research and reading time
- Frequency - Monthly meetings plus participation in task and finish activities
Scrutiny activities are high commitment with training and support provided, helping hold Housing to account.
Block Champions
- Average time - 20 to 30 minutes
- Frequency - Monthly
Complete visual checks from your checklist once a month for your block. You will also be invited to attend quarterly meetings with other block champions to share your experiences.
Communications Group
- Average time - 1 to 2 hours
- Frequency - Monthly
Join meetings online or in person.
Newsletters / Communications
- Average time - 5 to 10 minutes
- Frequency - When necessary
Read as and when you like.
Tenants and Residents Associations
- Average time - 2 hours (committee) 2 hours (general meetings)
- Frequency - Attend regular meetings as agreed by your group
You join the committee or support your local group by attending general meetings, walkabouts and events.
