In addition to the Local Development Framework, which sets policy to guide development within the Dudley Borough, we also publish planning guidance notes and supplementary planning guidance to address specific planning issues.

These will be replaced by supplementary planning documents (SPDs) within the Local Development Framework. Currently a number of these documents are subject to consultation.

At present these documents include greater information on the way specific policies of the Development Plan will be implemented as well as development / planning briefs for specific sites.
