The Open Space, Sport and Recreation SPD was adopted on June 13th 2007.
The SPD contains guidance on Dudley’s open space, sport and recreation provision requirements. It provides further detail on the delivery of the provisions of the adopted Black Country Core Strategy (CS) Policy ENV6 (Open Space, Sport and Recreation).
It is used to provide evidence and guidance to assist applicants when submitting residential and larger scale commercial planning applications.
Consultation was undertaken between Friday 3rd November 2006 and Friday 15th December 2006 on the SPD and the responses received through this were used to inform the final document.
