Love Lane Character Appraisal

Love Lane Conservation Area was first designated in October 1976.
This finalised Love Lane Conservation Area Character Study was produced following the publication of a draft study (publication agreed in December 1997) which was subject to Public Consultation. Residents’ views and comments were taken into account and incorporated into this Study as appropriate. The Character Study was approved for publication by Dudley Council’s Planning Committee on 8th January 1998. A copy of the final appraisal can be downloaded below.
Following publication of the character study and in line with the results of the public consultation, the Conservation Area was formally extended on 5th March 1998.
