The following Orders have been made :-
Gating of Enterprise Drive, Hayes Lane, Lye (PDF)
The length of Enterprise Drive which commences approximately 10 meters west of its junction with Hayes Lane running in a westerly direction for approximately 110 meters plus a length of approximately 100 meters running south and then east from a junction with west - east section opposite Unit 15 will be restricted by the erection of a gate as outlined in the plan LD/889/07.
These lengths will be closed to public vehicular traffic only apart from the times listed below:-

Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 6.30 hrs and 20.15 hrs

Sundays between the hours of 8.45 hrs and 12.15 hrs
Gating of a public footpath C62 from Church Road to Summer Hill Road Coseley (PDF)
The length of public footpath C62 which commences adjacent to number 29A Church Road running in an easterly direction for approximately 20 meters turning north easterly for approximately 140 meters to terminate adjacent to number 59 Summer Hill Road will be restricted by gating along the path which is shown on plan TMD/CP/48/GO.
The length of path will be closed to pedestrians at all times.
The alternative route is via Church Road, Philip Street and Summer Hill Coseley.
Gating of a public footpath at Kilburn Drive, Kingswinford (PDF)
The public right of way over the footpath commencing adjacent No6 Kilburn Drive running in a generally north-easterly direction for approximately 25 meters to meet Holbeache Lane will be restricted at all times by the erection of a gate as outlined on Plan D/DRJ/624.
The footpath will be closed at all times. An alternative route for pedestrian use will be available via Kilburn Drive, Monteagle Drive, Keys Drive, Charterfields Drive, Stallings Lane, Ham Lane and Holbeache Lane.
Gating of a public footpath at Murcroft Road to Wychbury Road (PDF)
The Public Right of Way over the footpath commencing adjacent No 60 Murcroft Road running in a generally northerly direction between property boundaries for approximately 60 metres through two right angles to finish adjacent No 61 Wychbury Road will be restricted by gating outlined on the plan TMD/CP/430A.
The footpath will be restricted at all times commencing from one month after the date on which the Order is made.
An alternative route for both pedestrians and traffic will be available via Murcroft Road. Queensway and Wychbury Road.
Gating of a public footpath between Robin Hood Road and Marion Close, Quarry Bank (PDF)
The Public Right of Way over the footpath which commences opposite 33 Robin Hood Road running in a general westerly direction for approximately 30 metres to meet Marion Close will be restricted at all times by the erection of a gate as outlined on the Plan TM 3610.
The footpath will be closed at all times. An alternative route for pedestrians will be provided via Robin Hood Road, Chancery Way and Marion Close.
Gating of a public footpath at Iris Close, Dudley (PDF)
The Public Right of Way over the footpath commencing adjacent No. 13 Iris Close running in a generally north-westerly direction for approximately 65 metres to adjacent No. 100 Bunns Lane, Dudley, will be restricted at all times by the erection of a gate as outlined on the Plan D/DRJ/622
The footpath will be closed at all times. An alternative route for pedestrian use will be available via Iris Close, Hollyhock Road and Bunns Lane.
(Draft) The Ridge Primary School, Gregory Road, Wollaston, Stourbridge (PDF)
A public footpath runs off the western end of Gregory Road, through the grounds of The Ridge Primary School, turning south to meet Dunsley Road. The section of path that proposed to be closed is the section through the primary school only. It will not affect the access to Ridgewood High School off Dunsley Road. Any access to the High School through the primary school grounds is replicated off High Park West. Plan D104 (Appendix 1) shows the path and the surrounding area.
