Amber heat health alert 8-12 July

The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) has issued an Amber Heat Health Alert for all regions in England, from 9am on Wednesday 8 July until 9pm on Sunday 12 July. While everyone will show these behavioural traits sometimes, someone with ADHD will present with one or more of these difficulties persistently. Someone with ADHD may find it hard to sit still, concentrate and can act on impulse, all of which impacts on their everyday life.

Like everyone, people with ADHD are individuals and their experiences will be different, but it’s important to remember that each of the three characteristics have advantages as well as challenges.
