Amber heat health alert 8-12 July
The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) has issued an Amber Heat Health Alert for all regions in England, from 9am on Wednesday 8 July until 9pm on Sunday 12 July. Rising temperatures may increase health risks, particularly for vulnerable groups. We provide free school holiday activities and food for children aged 5 – 16 who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals and other vulnerable groups including some children with SEND.
Funded by the Department of Education and hosted by Dudley Council, we work with local organisations to provide a variety of exciting activities and clubs for kids as well as providing a healthy meal or snack at each session they attend.
