Amber heat health alert 8-12 July
The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) has issued an Amber Heat Health Alert for all regions in England, from 9am on Wednesday 8 July until 9pm on Sunday 12 July. Rising temperatures may increase health risks, particularly for vulnerable groups. The Health Protection team seeks to prevent or reduce the harm caused by infections and minimise the health impact from environmental hazards such as chemical and radiation. We support the Director of Public Health in their role to protect the people of Dudley.
