Self-funding residential and nursing home care This booklet provides information which is written for people who are living in a residential care home, or a nursing home and are paying the care home fees themselves, as a self-funder. That means they are contracting directly with their care home provider and paying their fees privately themselves (that is - Dudley Council is not involved in paying for their care).
